Also, had the weirdest dream in which I pre-order a new game on Wii about the A-Team at a GameStop that for some reason had a bar-like counter, an airport runway and some classrooms... and then I went to pick up my preorder and forgot my receipt and money. Admitedly I was still saving up for Metroid Prime Trilogy.

Bull shit. My sister can't find a job for this exact reason. Obama's not the fucking messiah.Just becuase he said something will happen doesn't mean it's going to hapen right away. Truth is, economy is in the same shape as always.

Do me a favor, head to your local Gamestop and see if their accepting applications. In fact go to all your Gamestops, and see if their accepting applications. If they are, why not apply right now? It's summerime. Might as welll do it now, so you don't have to waste time when you're 18.

"Me: How old do you have to be to work here?

GameStop Guy: 18.

Me: Oh well, it's only 2 more years."

As for your sister, tell here to get off her ass, go to McDonalds.com and apply for a job already. I applied for crew yesterday and I also applied to my local Bed Bath and Beyond. You can't be picky in times like these.

I hate the paper covers. why remove a new game from the original wrappings? why?

I have heard so much crap about working at gamestop for older folks, ie twenties and whatnot. for a youngin looking for a summer job that pays min wage, go for it. just keep in mind, you are a seller there, not a gamer. boo...

As for the community college bit, i did my time, now I am transferring to UCSC in the fall. Woot. Just stay on task and don't let the stoners drag you down. stupid stoners...
